        Weather is her passion. Not just weather in the United States, but weather around  the world.

         We are all located at different points on the globe, but when we look up, we all see the same

         sun in the sky. The sun is the main engine for all weather. Having studied the atmosphere for

         over 30 years, Vivian understands the fact that "Weather" is the one thing that we can NOT

         control, but is the one thing that "controls" all of us. That said, Vivian also believes that weather

         is the single most thing that "connects" all of us too...Thus we are all living on this earth
